Savitar has a fantastic history of conducting some fantastic tennis camps and as such, we are looking ahead to the upcoming October holidays at NLCS (Singapore).
If you are unfamiliar with Savitar, they were founded in 1999 with a clear mission to provide the best tennis coaching and events in Singapore. They have since developed a world-class tennis programme at a number of outstanding locations and we are pleased that this continues to include NLCS (Singapore).
Their philosophy is to deliver well-structured, customised tennis programmes and events that foster consistent improvement in skills, provide matchplay opportunities, and enhance enjoyment. They also manage the Junior Team Tennis League (JTTL) in Singapore - this highly successful league for players aged 17 and under which has grown to over 100 teams and 600+ participants.
Hi to all parents of keen junior tennis players,
Savitar will be conducting some great tennis camps over the upcoming holidays, held at NLCS.
Tennis Camps are an awesome way to boost the kids' level of play and development of their strokes, along with having lot's of fun and exciting competition. Camps are only open to NLCS students from the grades KG1 to G5. For G6-11 we will be offering Tennis camps at the Savitar Tennis Centre open for all players (please see below for more information). Players will be divided into appropriate groups and levels.
The camps will be held Monday to Friday from 9 am to 12 noon, please see the dates below.

$425 (5 days camp, 3 hours per day)

Capacity breakdown: Red Ball (KG1-G1) 6pax, Orange Ball (G2-3) 6 Pax, Green Dev (G4-5) 6 pax

Sequence of Online registration- 1. Registration - Create an online profile> Add your child> Complete the registration.
Please note that you need to make the registration through a web browser and cannot register through the App.

Provisional Registration for Camps at NLCS (Singapore): KG2 - Grade 5
Please note that the location states "UFIT Sports" which is fixed in their system. The actual location for KG2 - Grade 5 tennis with Savitar is at NLCS (Singapore - 130 Depot Road.
Equipment:
Students will need to bring:
- a water bottle;
- suitable sports clothing (including a cap/hat);
- suitable footwear for tennis;
- Sun Cream;
- Mask and a spare mask;
- Snack and drink for break time.
Start of the day:
Students should be dropped at the main school reception (Amphitheater) no earlier than 8.30am and no later than 08:55am. There will be separate areas marked out for each sports camp. (Swimming, Tennis, Football and Basketball).
The coaches and staff from each company will be there to greet you and collect the students to take to their sports area.
End of the Sessions:
Similar to the end of the day in school, students will be brought to the amphitheater to each camp's assigned area to be collected from 12:00.
COVID: All current COVID regulations will be followed for the duration of the camps. Students will be expected to have a mask on and will be instructed depending on group size when they can take this off.
