Gallery exhibition of all entered photographs will be on display in the Art corridor. 

Finalists will be displayed outside Mr Friends office opposite the canteen. 

Outline of Event

Theme: Shadows & Silhouettes 

Students are required to use the above theme as inspiration to capture between 1 - 5 artistic photos.

Rules and Timings

Students can only upload a maximum of 5 photographs. Any more than the first 5 uploaded will not be considered. 

The entry window to upload photos opens on Wednesday 12th October and closes on Wednesday 26th October. Any photographs uploaded after this date will not be considered. 

Scoring

Each photograph will be grouped into their houses and judged against the following criteria: 

1. Composition 
2. Creativity 
3. Photography skill 
4. How well does it fit the theme (title, photo content, artist statement) 

Each of the criteria carries a maximum of 5 points, with a total of 20 points available per photograph. 

Finalists entries from each house will then be selected and put forward into the Grand Final to be judged anonymously by Mr Friend.
